With your passion for sustainability and your enthusiastic, open attitude, you will bring sustainability to life in the organization. You take colleagues along in your enthusiasm, make them part of our vision and encourage them to continuously work on reducing our negative impact on the environment. This is how you make impact as a Sustainability Manager! This role will drive sustainability agenda within IPP Europe and work with the organization towards Faber Group’s sustainability targets (e.g. 50% emissions reduction (Scope 1-3) by 2030). You will be responsible for the coordination of sustainability agenda of IPP and work together with several departments like finance, operations and marketing but also with all of IPP’s business units across Europe. In this role  you will also support the Group in the annual preparation of the Sustainability Report. A further focus of the work is supporting colleagues in the successful implementation of sustainability projects and building up a network of external experts and institutes.

This is a role with diversity, both with the work and the colleagues. For example, you will regularly work with colleagues in Eindhoven (NL), Ennepetal (DE), Coventry (GB), Angers (FR), Madrid (ES) and Warsaw (PL).

Who are you?

You have about four years of relevant experience in the field of sustainability, are at the forefront of sharing the latest developments and are willing to support colleagues from your expertise in implementing projects throughout Europe.

Among others, a proactive attitude, perseverance and the ability to deliver results in a complex and challenging environment will make you actively support IPP on its journey to become the most sustainable pallet pooler in Europe.
