YOUR ROLE

As a Process Logistic Engineer, you are challenged to conceptualize, analyze, and implement logistic processes. You will collaborate extensively with the operations team to realize your projects. Your role involves bridging the gap between customer requirements, the process, and operations. Additionally, you are fully responsible for your projects from initiation to completion. Examples include improving the order-picking process, optimizing packaging processes, and visually representing processes through associated work instructions.

You will work in a professional team within a modern organization, collaborating with colleagues from various departments. The environment fosters a healthy ambition for results, personal development, and growth. In this role, you will report to the Manager Business Support and operate from the new BESTSELLER warehouse in Waalwijk.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Design, initiate, and implement warehouse processes.
• Proactively propose solutions for current and future processes and the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership to enhance processes.
• Develop process descriptions and functional specifications.
• Contribute to transitioning from a manual environment to a more mechanized one.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Completed HBO or WO degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• Affinity for logistics and engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and a systematic and structured approach.
• Good social and communication skills.
• Fluent written and verbal proficiency in both Dutch and English.

• You will receive a monthly salary between €2.878,19 and €4.145,96 and 8% holiday allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level);
