YOUR ROLE
As an Account Support Specialist, you and your colleagues support the back office by processing and resolving incoming service requests in the ticket system. These requests may involve purchasing devices and accessories, addressing delivery inquiries, collaborating with Vodafone co-workers on inventory reports, and more. If you are seeking a position with diverse tasks and the ability to make a meaningful impact, this is the job for you.
You collaborate with Project Managers, Process Owners, Operations departments in our warehouses, Vodafone customer service, and various carriers and suppliers. Communication primarily takes place via email in English, while internal discussions occur either in the office or through Teams. Your contributions can make a significant difference by helping colleagues identify bottlenecks and enhance processes.
You will be part of a team comprising 7 other Account Support Specialists and the Manager of Account Support, stationed in Waalwijk. The team operates in a hybrid manner, alternating between working from home and the office.
